1 I can't log in
Try the following steps in order:
- Check that your email/username and password are correct (passwords are case-sensitive).
- Use "Forgot your password?" on the login screen to reset via email OTP.
- Make sure your email address was verified when you first registered.
- If your account was recently created, check your inbox for the verification code email.

2 Changing your email or username
You can update your display name, company, role, and other profile details from Profile → Edit Profile. Email address changes require you to contact support directly at hello@sparrowtune.app from your registered address.
3 Deleting your account
Account deletion is immediate and permanent. All your data — profile, bookmarks, saved jobs, and activity history — will be erased and cannot be recovered.
To delete your account:
- Open SparrowTune → Profile tab → Account Settings → Delete Account.
- Enter your password to confirm. The deletion takes effect immediately.

Pro gives you real-time data, priority jobs, and an ad-free experience. Current pricing:
All Pro subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
5 Cancellation & refunds
SparrowTune does not process payments directly. All billing is handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). Refund requests must be directed to them.
- Cancel iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SparrowTune → Cancel.
- Cancel Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments → Subscriptions → SparrowTune.
- Request a refund (iOS): reportaproblem.apple.com
- Request a refund (Android): Contact Google Play Support in the Play Store app.
